arrived at *** and wasn’t seen until *** by the nurse. And then a long wait for tests and the doctor. Left at around 2p. That is way too long.

This was my first visit. I was anxious to know I didn't have Covid because I'm a care giver in a 10-story senior high rise. The staff members were friendly, kind, & efficient. I had my results before I left to go to my morning client. I would recommend this Clinic. It is also in our neighborhood. Appointment booked over the phone as soon as I heard I had been exposed, & my afternoon client was very sick & tested positive. Everyone was kind, even though I'm hard of hearing.

Had to get a COVID-19 Molecular Test for my return trip to Canada. This was the only location I could find on short notice in the Kansas City area to perform the test I required. Staff were all great and it was a quick and slick process.

This was an amazing experience. Having sick kids is always hard. I went in today with 2 of my 5 kids. The nurse and dr both had more patience than a Peds office! The receptionist was super sweet! Facility is clean and organized. Overall my favorite place for urgent care!!

I was a walk in to get a Covid PCR test since I am traveling. I didn’t even have an hour wait to be called in. Once called in I got my test saw the doctor on duty that day and was on my way.

The staff are very friendly and answered all my questions, and the clinic is very nice and clean. I would advise completing your paperwork beforehand, iam this is done online or scanning the barcode they have inside the clinic or on the front door, prior to going, the wait time wasn’t very long , but you can save even more time by having that done. I will give a heads up to anyone that is going for a COVID-19 test for a student at LHS, the school will not accept results from there? They only except test results from the Health department, which I myself didn’t know until I went to take my son back to school…? Which really confused me.. but that’s not anything negative on Nextcare !! I highly recommend them and their staff.

Everything was ok, except for the fact of my having a 9am confirmed appointment (for which I was asked to be there 10 minutes early - so at 8:50AM, which I was!). I didn't know whether to go in to the waiting room or actually wait in the car (though my text had said I should wait in the car, I didn't know if that meant until my appointment time of 9am or when I could actually be seen!). I went in to the waiting room about 7 minutes after 9AM to check & after speaking with the clerk, was told to wait in my car & that the wait time could be an hour PLUS to be seen (mainly due to other walk-ins that had been there when the doors opened at 8AM & didn't have appointments!). I had booked this 9am appointment to get a rapid Covid test (due to my grandchildren having contracted it while I was visiting them in another state the previous week). In most offices, if you have an appointment time scheduled, you are called or seen very close to that time. I wasn't seen for another 45 minutes after my appointment time!! When I was messaged to come into the waiting room, I was again asked to have a seat until my name was called. That happened about 5 minutes later, so I was thankful for that. As I had an important legal phone call that I was required to be at home by 10:30AM for this morning, I was now getting very stressed for getting the test done & leaving so I could get home for this required phone call. I understand the need for getting medical info from a patient and answered all of the med techs questions, but feel I could have answered all of them online (as I have for other doctors I must see also) and saved at least 10 minutes time. Maybe expanding the online information pages to collect history, medications, etc, would help expedite the process more! After the med tech finally got my Covid test done, she ushered me into yet another room (now 2 rooms that would have to be sanitized after I'd left them -IF they indeed are!?!) to sit and wait for my result. I was in that room about 2 minutes when yet another medical person (a man this time) came in to talk with me about the test & what the results could show. It was at this point I reminded him I had already been vaccinated & had no symptoms & asked if they could call me when they got my results as I HAD to get HOME for this phone call (which was to be a hour and 1/2 AFTER my appointment time was scheduled for a simple Covid test. I literally FLEW across town to get home so I could hit the bathroom before the phone began ringing, which it did as soon as I was back to my desk at home only a minute later! Unless I am there at the front door at 8am, I doubt I'll go back to this office again as time doesn't seem to be in my best interest there. Put more online for completing the patient's history prior to them showing up for their appointment (which...oh...may be up to an hour or more later than they've been requested to show for!). Sure would speed up the slow process I think~

Not sure why Urgent care has changed its rapid COVID-19 testing test. When asked which test I wanted of course I said rapid as my goal was to get the children back in school as soon as possible. At that time I should’ve been explained the high false negative that the new test gives and that if negative would be recommended to take the send out anyway. So the children had to have the test twice which was not pleasant. Would of had the send out initially as the first test is a waste of time, trauma and delay in overall care. I commend the NP for his explanation and overall care. However you see that person after the test is already done and the MA should’ve informed me of the difference With the new rapid test test.

Very caring and understanding staff love everyone there super friendly and always ready to help . The phlebotomist is amazing he gets my blood in one stick . Doctors listen to us about what we have going on and they get the referrals we need to see specialist if needed . I would recommend them to my family and friends and anyone looking for a new doctor.

I took my daughter for a sports physical as we needed a doctors release for school after she had covid. The staff were kind, caring and attentive. The wait time was minimal and we will definitely go back.

Wife and I came in for a covid test. Our regular doctor doesn’t do these. Wait time was reasonable but felt taking a complete medical history was a bit excessive.

My visit was brief and easy. I was very impressed with my service. I received a Covid-19 quick test, and blessedly I was negative. I am so glad there is a place like next care where one can receive care quickly and efficiently.

I was seen right away by friendly, compassionate staff. My wait time was a little longer than expected due to it being a workmans comp visit. Otherwise, no complaints!

My experience here was very poor. I barely was able to drive myself to get seen and cared for either COVID or Flu. After the test, the technician informed me that I had the Flu. I was offered no medication despite having massive chills, body aches, fever, and congestion. For a day and a half after the visit, I suffered with full blown symptoms. I wish I had a choice of providers that accepted my insurance plan because this clinic does not provide standardized care. Again, I was not provided any medication and suffered with symptoms for days later.
