Had to wait 20 mins besides having an appointment. They gave me a wrong answer in the Covid test result.

arrived at *** and wasn’t seen until *** by the nurse. And then a long wait for tests and the doctor. Left at around 2p. That is way too long.

Had to take my daughter to get tested. Staff was great. Got results right there. Thank you for your service

Great and friendly service. Bit of a wait time but it's flu season so it's understandable. Nice and clean facilities and great location close to me. Nothing extraordinary, just reliable urgent care. Would recommend.

Front desk and medical staff were extremely nice and helpful even near closing. Appreciated the kindness. Checked in at 6:50 pm left with test results around 8:40 pm. Wait time was long but only one doctor on site.

Had to get tested for travel. Staff was informative and attentive.

This was my first visit. I was anxious to know I didn't have Covid because I'm a care giver in a 10-story senior high rise. The staff members were friendly, kind, & efficient. I had my results before I left to go to my morning client. I would recommend this Clinic. It is also in our neighborhood. Appointment booked over the phone as soon as I heard I had been exposed, & my afternoon client was very sick & tested positive. Everyone was kind, even though I'm hard of hearing.

The new guy did great, wait was short, receptionist was funny. Everyone seemed more concerned about the covid/strep test than what I was actually feeling. I know everyone is overworked with not enough help. I just wish a few more looks would have been taken. I am still getting worse with no relief.

Although the wait time was long, the staff was supremely helpful, and kind. They were doing their best given the volume of walk ins they were dealing with. I appreciate all the staff I interacted with was trying to help speed up the time it was taking to have my covid testing done. All the women working today (November 12 at the ambassador location) are an asset to the NextCare team. Thank you!

I’ve been here before & highly recommend. Able to checkin online. Friendly professional staff from receptionist, nurse to doctor. Clean environment. If I need urgent care this is where I will go

This was the best urgent care I have ever been to everyone was wonderful my experience it was fast and easy I’m from out of town and if I could I drive here whenever I needed urgent care because I was so impressed with how professional everybody was they wanted to meet my needs and take care of me I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the urgent care that I received

Had to get a COVID-19 Molecular Test for my return trip to Canada. This was the only location I could find on short notice in the Kansas City area to perform the test I required. Staff were all great and it was a quick and slick process.

This was an amazing experience. Having sick kids is always hard. I went in today with 2 of my 5 kids. The nurse and dr both had more patience than a Peds office! The receptionist was super sweet! Facility is clean and organized. Overall my favorite place for urgent care!!

I must tell you that Megan was extraordinary. The nurse that initially saw me, also very uplifting. We have family friends living living in Jamaica and a young dad lost his life last week because, even though he was able to be hospitalized, he could not get the ICU bed that he needed. I am so grateful for my urgent care on church road and and for having resources that we so often take for granted. God bless and don't forget special accolades to Megan...front desk. Julia

Called my primary doctor and appointments we’re unavailable. He told me to go to Urgent care or ER. Came to urgent care, checked in, filled out paperwork. Nurse taking vitals and info about the reason for my visit was very thorough and helpful!! Doctor came in assessing the situation and provided a diagnosis. She was very caring and knowledgeable!!!!

Wait time was about an hour and 15 which was expected for an urgent care facility. The staff were friendly and proficient.

I was a walk in to get a Covid PCR test since I am traveling. I didn’t even have an hour wait to be called in. Once called in I got my test saw the doctor on duty that day and was on my way.

The staff are very friendly and answered all my questions, and the clinic is very nice and clean. I would advise completing your paperwork beforehand, iam this is done online or scanning the barcode they have inside the clinic or on the front door, prior to going, the wait time wasn’t very long , but you can save even more time by having that done. I will give a heads up to anyone that is going for a COVID-19 test for a student at LHS, the school will not accept results from there? They only except test results from the Health department, which I myself didn’t know until I went to take my son back to school…? Which really confused me.. but that’s not anything negative on Nextcare !! I highly recommend them and their staff.
