I drove over 30 minutes just to come to this clinic for myself and my kids. They listen to our needs and give tremendous care. I’m grateful for all the staff!!

Did a curbside Covid test with my family. The lady working the phones/scheduling today was great. During an obviously busy and stressful time, she was friendly, informative, and helpful. Someone please commend her for her great demeanor throughout the day. The lady taking vitals was also very kind and considerate, asking me about my ill father as she took vitals. The doc was super friendly and quick to get to us. We had a great experience. Thank you.

There for Covid testing. Very nice employees. Overall good experience.

It was a clean and modern office. Dr. Waters is very friendly. I will always consider this location if I have a medical emergency or need a Covid test.

I went in for Covid test and didn’t expect for the PA to also examine me and discuss my symptoms but he did. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful. Covid test was negative but got a prescription to help my upper respiratory infection symptoms. That was above and beyond service, especially since I was only expecting a Covid test. Thank you.

Always prompt and courteous. Ability to set an appointment time well in advance for a routine test is a huge plus.

Had symptoms that I thought were covid related. Thank God not the case. They did a rapid test. MD have me a script for ear infection and chest inflammation. Care was great from front desk to MD.

The solv system was ok but i didn't get the forms until i was in the parking lot, 10 min before the appointment.my navigation skills are not great so that took a half hour with photos. I wanted a test and I got it. Cannot complain. The paperwork and the phone/text systems should be better. Took me 4 tries to get that security code entered so I could move on.

This is my go to Urgent Care Facility. I recommend it to anyone who is searching for a clinic. The staff and providers have always been so great.

From the on line scheduling;check-in; speaking w/ receptionist; plus nurse & FNP all helpful, courtesy and professional exceeded my ‘normal’ experiences of receiving care! Grateful to have Impavt Urgent Care in my neighborhood!

The staff were really nice and were very quick/efficient. I waited about an hour and a half with 4 people in front of me, which isn’t terrible but was worried due to breathing issues. Either way, this urgent care overall was great.

NextCare Urgent Care was AWESOME from the time I made the appointment to the time I saw the doctor. Kept me informed, met a professional receptionist and the doctor was informative and understanding. Hope not to visit often but if I had to, this would be my first choice

I have visited this clinic twice and had a good experience. The nursing staff and the Dr. that I saw were all very knowledgeable, professional, and had an excellent bedside manner. I would rate this clinic above other urgent care facilities I have been to, and highly recommend the staff here.

The best urgent care, way better than Texas med clinic. Service was efficient and affordable.
