The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

Visiting from out of town- needed a quick evaluation for a skin reaction.  My family recommended NexCare- scheduling the appointment was effortless, quick and efficient.  Once at the clinic, it was pleasant and professional, staff was friendly and willing to help with calling our out of state medical insurance.  My son was seen, evaluated and we were in and out with follow up care and recommendations. Had a sore throat for days. I always get strep throat. Most common strep test came out negative so swabbed for a test that tests more strains but results take a day or two and it is Friday! Hi. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy after our visit. However, the pharmacy sent me a text saying that another prescription would be needed instead. I was in a lot of ear pain and had Covid as well. I had been in the office preciously and the attention was completely different. Dr. Romeika Campbell is truly the best doctor that has helped me in this location. Very caring, very patient and takes her time really trying to help you and providing the correct antibiotics. The nurse that was assisting her was also very caring when she gave me two injections.

I was able to easily schedule my appointment online before leaving home. When I arrived the front desk let me know they were running 30 min behind the appointment schedule. I ended up waiting over an hour after my appointment time to be called from the waiting room. The triage nurse collected a covid/flu swab then put me in a room. The nurse practitioner walked in the room and told me my result and her plan. She didn’t seem to have any intent to touch me. I mentioned that my asthma also was also a concern. That finally prompted a physical exam. She offered me an asthma medication that is already on my home list, updated in triage. I don’t think this provider reviewed my medical history or medication list. I don’t think I would have gotten a physical exam if I hadn’t spoke up.

Went to urgent care because I stuffed my toe and my right foot was in pain. Was seem very quickly within 35 minutes. Explain to the nurse practitioner on duty everything that was happening and going on with me. She understood fully and gave me orders for rest and relaxation as well as ibuprofen. I got sent home from work! Went straight to urgent care and boy did I have a good time! Laughed with the chic at the counter! Then my nurse was sooooo sweat polite... Friendly attentive! Then... doctor Dan!! Super cute and sweet.. He looked out for my heart issues and made sure I got meds that weren't going to give me anxiety because sometimes I feel like the heart medication gives me anxiety! Thank you to everyone!! I have been battling a UTI, and woke up in a lot of pain. I was able to schedule an appointment at 7:00am with no issue. My appointment was at 10:00am and, once I arrived, I was back in a room and already checked out by a very sweet nurse by 10:15. I had frostbite on my finger from 30 years ago every so often it opens up and bleeds. I put a bandage on it and the bandages kept slipping off so I put tape around it and I put it too tight bandage every two days but it wasn’t getting any better, so I came to urgent care and they took care of it. Woke up with sinus pressure. I was able to be seen in less than 30 min.  The staff was amazing, Nataly at the front desk, Mariana at the back office-who by the way gives great injections, and last but not least the NP Abraham.  Would recommend this Urgent Care!!

I had to wait a while for my appt but everyone was amazing. Waiting is to be expected when they are trying to work walk ins in with the appts. They are trying to take care of everyone as best they can. The staff was great from scheduling, nurses, techs, and the doctor. Great job.

I was a walk in. The front desk person was very professional and friendly. I arrived at 2pm was taken back to room around 2:45. The wait for the doctor was alittle over an hour. The doctor was apologetic about the wait. The room itself was surface clean but in poor repair. The lobby was sanitized as I was waiting by the front desk person which I was very happy to see. Although under the vending machines in lobby was extremely dirty. Overall I was satisfied with my visit.
