D O T physical was quick and professional staff was outstanding!

My provider was very professional, asked pertinent questions, checked me thoroughly, answered all my questions, did a rapid Covid test, and ultimately prescribed medications for allergies.

The nurse asst and nurse practioner were great! My daughter was scared to get covid test after a bad experience at another care facility. She took her time and waited until my daughter was ready instead of forgiving her like that last time.

Super long wait to see someone. Then once we saw the nurse, a long wait for the physician. Place was empty and felt quiet but the wait was so long for a simple Covid test.

Had an appointment for 4:00. RRIVED AT 3:55. At 4:20 was given a Covid-19 test. Was out at 4:48 with negative results confirmed. Fantastic.

I waited 1 hour and 20 min then they called us in and waited another hour I spend almost 3 hours just waiting for them tell me my kid had nothing bad.

My mother and I we had a great experience. Office and medical staff was great, the doctor the best of all. She was very patient with my mother and she herself call me with the results of my mother lab test. I will definitely recommend this facility. Thank you very much!

Today I was having an allergic reaction, and Melissa at the front desk got me in to see a doctor right away, even though they were at capacity. Tony & John we’re great doctors, very personable and answered every question I had. I would 100% revcomend this urgent care and will use it in the future now that I know the doctors and nurses and staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all again.

I came in for a blood draw this morning. Chrissy was very welcoming, very professional, and did the draw without any problems. The outer receptionist staggered were very friendly and helpful.

Xavier was the best phlebotomist ever. I am considered to be a hard stick and she looked at both arms and got blood from only 1 try. Her knowledge, confidence and compassion made my experience a total success.

Everyone was very nice and professional. Had severe lower back pain and easy to navigate physically in facility, very fast care, and the staff from checking to checkout were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Well done.

Made "APPT" for covid test. Waited 40 mins in car. Then left without getting test. So my question to you is ..... why did I have to make appt ?

I was able to make an appointment the same day for Covid 19 rapid testing. They were on time and quickly gave me my results, within 15-20 minutes. I appreciate all of the staff.

I was in and out with a rapid test. The staff listened to me, didn’t rush me at all.

Was a walk-in. Covid protocols were in place. Staff was kind and caring. Was listened to and heard.
