Went for a covid test and everyone was extremely friendly and fast, definitely recommend and will go back!!

I love this urgent care , by far the best ! They will make sure before you leave that your good! It is family orientated and I love it ! The wait time is not bad and it the care is worth the wait !

I went to two different urgent cares earlier that day and they were so rude at both places I did not stay there. Then I came to Michigan urgent care and they were phenomenal! The receptionist was so friendly and smiling and greeted me. Everybody that saw me and helped process the whole experience were so professional friendly and I cannot say enough good things. I will make sure to use Michigan Urgent Care any time I need urgent care. I would highly recommend this to anybody they were so awesome!

The care was quick but effective. I know it’s not their fault but I do wish I could have been tested for flu/covid. They didn’t have any tests. I’m just questioning if my diagnosis is correct since I couldn’t be tested.

Needed a rapid covid test for a contact trace from work. Showed up at 815 and was out the door with results by 9am

The gentleman at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. He took care of me in a matter of minutes. No waiting, they called me right in. So nice to be treated with such friendly and professional people, considering I was there because I was sick. The Dr came in talked to me explained everything very thoroughly. When done they were kind and sent me on my merry way. I would definitely recommend and go back myself to this urgent care.

Easy fast appointment and check in. Both people who helped me were great. Helpful, friendly, open to answer questions. It was a great experience for a covid test.

They got me in quickly and the staff was very nice and professional. As soon as I was done with registration I got in within 5 min. Would definitely go back if urgent care is needed again!

I loved the way their solv is set up. So easy. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were friendly, nice and very professional. I did a walk in but they were full so I set up an appointment for the next day and they were able to see me early with out waiting much. I recommend them and will use them again when needed. Visit and diagnosis was very quick of respiratory infection and took care of sending in my script to my pharmacy. Didn’t communicate when and how I would receive PCR COVID test results.

My daughter tested positive for covid on an at home test. I planned ahead and set up an online appt to get her pcr done. You can’t call the facility directly, so I left her in the car while I ran in and told them I was there. When we went in one of the nurse’s or techs (unsure of what she is) freaked out that I was bringing my daughter in. My daughter was already distraught and I didn’t appreciate her reaction. I needed the pcr test for her school and for my work, so I didn’t have a choice but to bring her in. I just feel like she was very unprofessional and it really ticked me off. The receptionist tried to be a barrier for us, but I still overheard the nurse/tech. Thankfully she didn’t come in and take care of us if I would have had some words with her.

When I use urgent care I always come here. I used this center for 30 years. They have always been able to help me. So I will be back when I need more care.

I unfortunately did not catch the name of the nice woman who administered my pcr test, but after receiving several, this by far was the best and least stressful occasion. 10 thumbs up to her for making the experience much better for me. Thank you!
