The wait time was caused by Urgent Care being the ONLY facility testing for Covid in the Hill Country. Thank goodness they were there doing a stellar job!

My provider was very professional, asked pertinent questions, checked me thoroughly, answered all my questions, did a rapid Covid test, and ultimately prescribed medications for allergies.

The nurse asst and nurse practioner were great! My daughter was scared to get covid test after a bad experience at another care facility. She took her time and waited until my daughter was ready instead of forgiving her like that last time.

I had a cough and congestion with fever. I was given flu and Covid tests - both negative I’m happy to say. The medical staff was very professional and thorough. I was prescribed an antibiotic and a dose of steroids and hope to feel better soon. I do recommend this clinic.

Super long wait to see someone. Then once we saw the nurse, a long wait for the physician. Place was empty and felt quiet but the wait was so long for a simple Covid test.

Had an appointment for 4:00. RRIVED AT 3:55. At 4:20 was given a Covid-19 test. Was out at 4:48 with negative results confirmed. Fantastic.

I waited 1 hour and 20 min then they called us in and waited another hour I spend almost 3 hours just waiting for them tell me my kid had nothing bad.

Service was great, and I was in and out quickly. I booked online but also drove to NextCare to do the walk in and got right in.

My mother and I we had a great experience. Office and medical staff was great, the doctor the best of all. She was very patient with my mother and she herself call me with the results of my mother lab test. I will definitely recommend this facility. Thank you very much!

I was there to get a Covid test. Testing was fine but they sent me home with covid and no medications. I developed pneumonia and went to a different doctor 4 days later and got all the meds I should have gotten to begin with. I believe all these places that test should also treat the patient instead of just sending them home and not actually treating them.

Today I was having an allergic reaction, and Melissa at the front desk got me in to see a doctor right away, even though they were at capacity. Tony & John we’re great doctors, very personable and answered every question I had. I would 100% revcomend this urgent care and will use it in the future now that I know the doctors and nurses and staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all again.

I came in for a blood draw this morning. Chrissy was very welcoming, very professional, and did the draw without any problems. The outer receptionist staggered were very friendly and helpful.
