I made an on line appointment for today at 4:30pm.I was seen at 6:24om. I realize we are all in the Covid nightmare and the urgent care center is overloaded with patients but...what exactly is the purpose of an appointment? This experience was frustrating and too long.

Got us in on New Year’s Day. We were able to wait in our car, and look online how many patients were ahead of us which gave us a chance to grab a beverage and watch a movie in the car in the parking lot. They text us to come in when it was close to our turn. It was maybe an hour and a half on a holiday when no one else was open at 6:30 in the evening We scheduled an appt with Solv earlier today, drove a long way to test and the clinic never opened despite our confirmation. Which ruined out whole day searching for somewhere else

I came to get a Covid rapid test because I need it 24 hours before my flight and they said they don't do that one and never done that before in this clinic, that is not true, I got it twice in this same clinic. I wait 2 hours for this, they said I'll get my results 2-5 days.

I booked online. I appreciated knowing that here were 4 people waiting ahead of me. I was told it would be about an hour wait. Turned out to be 1.5 hours, but that’s ok! Everyone was so kind and friendly! Bryan was very attentive and brought me some water after I had a coughing fit. I highly recommend Next Care Urgent Care, Ocotillo office.

Plus side is this urgent care allows walk-ins when another one we went to didn’t. Everyone was friendly and I had a lot of questions but they were kind and answered clearly.

This is my first time going to NextCare and it was great! At a time it is impossible to get COVID tests, they were fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived at the Scottsdale location and was immediately greeted by desk reception. Person explained the process and I started to register using a QR Code. Registration process was quick and easy. I was even able to take a photo of my driver’s license and insurance card to upload. I was in the waiting room for roughly 5-10 minutes before being called into the treatment area. That was so fast that I barely had enough time to complete the registration….awesome! The triage person took my vitals, asked why I was being seen, and swabbed my throat for strep. Not the friendliest person but she performed her services well. I was then taken to an exam room where I waited for less that 5 minutes for a provider who entered into the room to exam and diagnose me. Ryan was his name and he was a FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner). Great guy with a great bedside manner too. Explained everything extremely well and I was discharged within another 5 minutes. I waited in the patient waiting room for another 2 minutes for my discharge paperwork. The whole visit took virtually no time. The facility was extremely clean and everyone was required to wear a mask. Thru accept tons of insurance plans and because I had met my deductible, I was not required to pay for anything. I would highly recommend using this Urgent Care Facility and I would not hesitate to return should I need to be seen in the future.

I had such a pleasant experience at this urgent care on Camelback road. I honestly hate going to any doctor or urgent care, but I needed a Covid test because I was having symptoms. Everyone from the front desk staff, medical assistants, and the PA were wonderful. I really wish I knew the PAs name because I’d name her on this review. Everyone was so nice, thorough, professional and helpful. It was easy to register and to check out. It was a great experience and I would definitely come back…Thank you everyone for continuing to serve on the front lines during Covid 19 and putting your own health on the line to help all of us who are sick and in need of care. I wish you the best during the holidays and pray for continued good health…

My experience today was positive. I was checked in using my phone. There was quite a long wait. However the gentleman who greeted me, took my bp, etc was awesome!!! Afterwards my provider was friendly and proficient. I will recommend this Urgent care to my friends and family.

Staff was so friendly Staff is so friendly, considerate, patient, and very understanding! Every single visit I have taken to this place. I am so happy and always feel welcomed! Best Urgent care location in the valley!

They were absolutely incredible. The check in process online was great with no wait past my scheduled time, and the provider was so nice. They kept running tests until they were able to find out what was wrong, instead of just giving up like I’ve experienced at urgent cares in the past. I would definitely recommend.

This is my 2and time at this Urgent Care on Southern. I have been impressed both times with the admitting / I had to wait 2 hrs unable to get an appointment/ receptionist very pleasant/ informative. The Nurse Practioner was agood listener and asked good questions. Thank You

Very efficient check-in process, didn’t wait long in waiting room, and was seen immediately by nurse and doctor. Very pleasant experience for an Urgent Care visit

Finally found a dr that knew exactly how to treat my earache and not just send me on my way with meds. She actually drained my ear out and explained to me about the inflammation going on. She explained what to do and what not to do. She explained the meds she would be giving me and which med worked to help what. It seemed simple enough for a dr to do but Banner Urgent care did none of these. Very friendly and compassionate staff.

This office was the best urgent care I have ever gone too. The staff was outstanding, helpful, understanding. The doctor was professional, caring and made me feel like a human, not like a number. I highly recommend this facility to everyone.

I always use this urgent care and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Tiffany is awesome! Also the Nurse that checked me and I think her name was Amanda. And the receptionist also very nice.they all were Professional and very good at their job. This is definitely my go to place I work nearby so it’s convenient

I’ve been to other urgent care but you all are top notch. As soon as I stepped in the door the front desk was professional,polite, and courteous, your system to fill out forms is user friendly, everyone was efficient, knowledgeable, and genuine. And the Dr who saw my son is absolutely heaven sent. She was amazing my son felt comfortable and she knows her stuff. You all are amazing!! In the future I will only visit this place. Thank you all. I’ll recommend your location to everyone.

The staff is very friendly. Our visit was quick. Highly recommend this urgent care. Identified high blood sugar and sent us to emergency.
