I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes of opening the website. All the staff were very nice. The NP I saw was so kind and helpful. I felt new and improved within hours. I would recommend this provider.

They were swamped. My appointment was for 11am but waited until 12:45 to be called.

Scheduling was easy to complete online. Text messaging check-in made it smooth and no waiting in line. The staff was friendly and informative for any questions we had. I was kindly advised of my options for care and freely given a choice of action. Each person on the medical and office staff were pleasant.

Wasn’t able to schedule an appointment so had to walkin.  Wait time still wasn’t bad.   Good service.  Thank you.

I couldn’t make an appointment on line, because solvhealth had a security question as Michael and wanted me to put his birthday. I don’t know who he is. I had to call. Then they said there was only 11:45 time. I got there early and 5 people were ahead of me. You take walk in and I really didn’t have an appointment. I waited over 2 hours before I saw the doctor. Very poor service. The staff was great and so was the doctor. Don’t know if I will be back. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.
