I went in as a walk in for a COVID test. The wait was a bit long but thats to be expected. The staff were all very nice and polite. Once I was tested, I was out of there quickly.

Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses and MA’s, to the provider was awesome!!! Their bedside manner was exceptional and their upbeat personality made having to come to the urgent care on Christmas Eve not a HORRIBLE experience

Thought I had COVID. Am 70yrs old. Whole process of getting seen and tested took about two hours. I was in my car most of that time. No COVID and feel good about diagnosis. Friendly staff who seemed to know what they were doing. All of this in a Sunday!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office the doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and addressed my concerns without making me feel inferior. This is the best urgent care that I have ever been too!

This was my first time here and it has exceeded my expectations. I will continue to visit this Urgent Care anytime I am sick and have the opportunity to do so. The check in was easy and fast using the online system.

I went there to receive a covid test due to travel. I told the nurse what test I wanted but when the PA came to see me and informed me that I had the wrong test, I could hear the woman behind the door getting testy. She said “Well that’s not what she ordered through the phone..” I apologized because I felt like I had inconvenienced them, but at the end of the day, I am human, we make mistakes. Her comment wasn’t necessary. I checked in at 6p and was seen at 7p.

I went to urgent care in Elizabeth city NC, I walked in not knowing I had to make an online appointment but the ladies at the front desk were kind enough to show me how to do it and I waited for maybe About an hour or less, once I was in All the staff of Nurses was all very nice and attentive and even the doctor I seen was nice. Would recommend and would go back if ever needed.

Very satisfied with care. Staff very Nice. Facility very clean. The Doctor was extremely helpful and patient. The medical assistant who took vs and swab was very professional. Wait time was expected with so many sick people. Would highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care facility

I made my appointment online the day before. Check in from the car when I arrived. Received a call immediately after to come in to show them my physical form and was called to the back in less than 20 minutes..

Very professional and put me at ease. Explained the difference between sinus infection and sinus congestion, which is what I have.
