The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

Able to schedule and be seen quick. Was seen with my son and was discharged and then called back to have to drive back because doctor only listened to my son and checked him out. Then told meds would be called in for me and my son and went to pick them up and only meds were called in for me. Now after over 24 hours still haven’t gotten a call back about my son not having his meds called in.

Grateful Veteran! I had flu-like symptoms for about a day and a half. I usually do not go right in to a clinic unless I know something is wrong after a few days or so. My wife made the appointment the second day of ok, you’ve got to get to a doctor. The staff got me checked right in, and I had forgotten my phone but the receptionist took care of that very quickly! All the medical staff and treatment was very thorough and to the point! I know anytime I have to be seen for urgent medical care, I’ll go back every time! 5 stars!

Nurse practitioner was great. Had trouble getting my scripts to appropriate pharmacy and had to call 3 times after appointment to get them sent to the pharmacy I had told the nurse when she was updating my history and taking vitals.  Also, large water leak in ceiling tiles and down the wall of the exam room I was in. Would be hard not to believe there is mold growing there as it looked like it had been this way for a bit.  Staff was great and I appreciated the front desk lady being helpful with trying to get my scripts sent to correct pharmacy and nurse practitioner was great as well.

I had one ear blocked w/ wax, that I couldn’t get out on my own. I just did a walk in, fairly early on a Saturday, got lucky because it wasn’t busy. I have frequented the Next Care on Baseline previously and will continue to do so, as well as recommend for all urgent care situations
