The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

I had forgotten to ask for cough medicine and some thing for my throat made an appointment for a video call and it was the easiest thing I ever did. I knew coming to your clinic that I had a sinus infection. I could not get a doctor appointment that’s why I came to your urgent care . The nurse practitioner would not give me an antibiotic and this was obvious that being 60 years old this was not my first sinus infection or first time I took an antibiotic. So I left and went to the ER got treated and they prescribed me antibiotics and I’m healing. So I paid you for nothing!!

I was able to easily schedule my appointment online before leaving home. When I arrived the front desk let me know they were running 30 min behind the appointment schedule. I ended up waiting over an hour after my appointment time to be called from the waiting room. The triage nurse collected a covid/flu swab then put me in a room. The nurse practitioner walked in the room and told me my result and her plan. She didn’t seem to have any intent to touch me. I mentioned that my asthma also was also a concern. That finally prompted a physical exam. She offered me an asthma medication that is already on my home list, updated in triage. I don’t think this provider reviewed my medical history or medication list. I don’t think I would have gotten a physical exam if I hadn’t spoke up.

Took my daughter in for a rash front lady was not friendly before I could even say anything she said if your not here by appointment scan that paper and sit down I just found this so rude like we were just a number no care to weather I even had a phone or was capable of even checking in that way so then we waited for about 30 mins in a very hot waiting room. So hot my daughter was starting to sweat by time we got called back we almost went and sat in the car till it was our turn. My daughter had to use the restroom, when we went in there was trash left in there that looked like someone started to take out but the just left there beside the trash can once we got passed the waiting room it was much cooler in fact kind of cold so not sure why they are heating out pts while they wait to be seen but I guess they figure as long as they are comfortable who cares about us. The provider how ever seemed nice but was in our room for less than 5 mins I guess could tell by glancing at her what she had. The oral prescription she ended up giving her made my daughter sick so I called around 630-7 and they were already closed even though it’s advertised online that they were open till 8 so I had to wait to get it changed till the morning however the PA there to answer my call was nice and patient and understanding and got her a new script sent pretty quickly!

I have been there several times, always good treatment. Schedule in advance to avoid longer wait. They accept walk-ins, and although your wait time will "sometimes" be longer it's still not long. It's a great service when you can't get into your regular doctor. Five stars for sure.

I was recently discharged with pneumonia and anemia. The PA Mat did through assessment on my lungs and ordered labs to recheck hemoglobin and renal panel. Mat PA also explain labs to me the next morning he called see how i was doing. Would recommend this urgent care.
