The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

I was at Access urgent care in Tulsa yesterday and seen by a provider there the visit went great. I had forgotten to ask for cough medicine and some thing for my throat made an appointment for a video call and it was the easiest thing I ever did. Explained what she was prescribing and why and even verified that I had a follow up with my PCP or needed to be rechecked. Originally I had an appointment with our primary care, they rescheduled us a month out! Ridiculous!! Looked up NextCare and within minutes I had our appointment scheduled !! Mobile check in! Was called within 3 minutes from pulling up that they were ready for us! Front staff was super helpful and nice, we would have went straight to the back but I didn’t have my paperwork filled out!! Only suggestion is : the person who brings the patient back for vitals needs to review the patient chart better when asking questions. That’s the only issue I have. Otherwise everything was great.
