I always have a great experience at this Urgent Care. The staff is courteous and kind and the provider is always kind and listens to my concerns and symptoms. I appreciate the level of care I receive here.

Dr was compassionate, friendly, listened all the drs at the Skiatook location are the very best always. In my opinion Skiatook Access Urgent Care Is Number 1. I love them. Secretaries also professional kind and just great

Came in feeling very bad, getting a covid test, tested positive, the staff was wonderful and I left feeling relieved. Made me feel good to know my lungs are still sounding healthy and I should be better soon.

Urgent care in Skiatook is a great place to go for care. All the staff and Doctor are very friendly and helpful.

I had an appointment for today 2:30 but didn’t get to a room until 3:10. Other than that, the staff and doctor were great. Very quick and to the point. The lady that did my CoVid test was very careful which I appreciated. I have always had good luck at Access.

I like to come here when I have sinus infection/bronchitis. Can get in same day unlike my regular doctor. I have recommended this urgent care to family and friends.. I booked my appt online as early as I could in the day.

Dr wasn't very thorough...just dismissed with "see this all the time"...not great bedside manner. Nurse was WORSE...she never smiled or was at all friendly...actually no one did. She was rude.. And I work in Healthcare where we are especially focused on good customer service. I've been here before...Dr not thorough...dismissed like "see all the time"...although I've been sick 3days...offered me Covid test which had second thoughts so did it...but said "up to you"...no compassion...Nurse was TERRIBLE...rude...never smiled...couldn't find my pharmacy online...come on...Google it! Been going there for years... Would not recommend this team...not this round...Im in healthcare...we demonstrate compassion and friendly attitude! Step it up folks...you serve a community who needs good service!

The Dr. who treated me both times was very nice and explained everything well. However, the Assistant that I met in the opening interview was rude! She proceeded to ask me if I had been vaccinated and told me I could test positive for a month. Which I didn’t. Wanted to know why I was there. I had a sinus infection on the 3rd when I tested positive for Covid. I had a sinus infection today! She had a horrible bedside manner. I didn’t like her attitude.

Everyone was so nice and caring ! Appreciate the care I got ! Will come back if ever I need urgent care !

shud not have to wait 45 min for drug screen when there was little to no wait when i checked in

Only one phlebotomist with an entire waiting room full of patients. Over one hour wait for a blood draw.

I had back back pain and I was thinking kidney or gall bladder. They ordered a UA, which was normal. But didn’t do anything more to diagnose my pain.
