very kind and quick. i was nervous because i was a walk-in but they took me in in no time. im kind of impressed. im a college student, so ill be coming back to this care facility since im not in my hometown.

Easy in easy out. I needed a C19 test to fly, as I have a disability that prevents me from wearing a mask safely. Per American Airlines Policy, beside the documentation from my Dr. I also had to show proof of a negative result 72 hours prior. Because I came in from Philadelphia on Monday and wasn’t leaving Oklahoma till Friday, I was worried about finding a place in a strange state! They made it super easy for me.

I usually come here for something minor. The nurse did a wonderful job of asking some questions and getting me in. The provider was friendly, however she never asked any questions or performed a full exam. She just listed to my chest and looked at my throat. Again no questions were asked about my symptoms. I was also prescribed meds but was told not to full the script unless I felt worse ina couple of days. I found that kind of odd considering there was nothing else mentioned from the provider during the visit. Wasn’t the worst service but definitely under par. I did not feel as if I was medically assessed by the provider as I should have been considering I had been sick for several day prior and the COVID test was negative . I will most likely return but would appreciate more communication from the provider to understand fully what is going on with my health

Was disappointed took granddaughter to get covid test and was told they weren't going to do rapid test after I was told on phone that they would. We were 2nd to be seen after they opened.

Went for COVID test. Very easy and not uncomfortable.

This was by far one of the BEST experiences I’ve had when going to urgent care. Each and everyone of the staff were so friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know in town.

Staff was very efficient, friendly & kind & we had immediate results for COVID tests.

Only urgent care I use in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Great friendly staff and the Drs are very calming and caring.

It was good. I felt slightly mislead by the phone call asking for covid test pricing. I was assured by the staff when I got there, however I am still antsy about a potential payment I would rather not slave over

Friendly staff but just gave me a covid test and didn’t investigate past that after it was negative. Will probably just visit my primary care physician if I continue to feel unwell.

The LPN was great, everyone else was okay, or was extremely stressed out and a bit snippy. I understand having a busy, stressful day, but I also understand that it's a risk of the job. If you can't handle the stress, don't work in urgent care.
