Went there on Saturday morning for rapid covid test. Fast friendly staff. Very thankful they were open. Highly recommend.

I came in today for a covid antibody test per my employers request. The nurse who did my test was very nice and professional. However, when I saw Dr. Odell, I believe that’s his name, he was very rude and condescending towards me. I had explained to the nurse that I was still fearful of the covid vaccine but that I was still doing some research, which she encouraged me to do. As should anyone who plans on getting it. Dr. Odell seemed like he was almost pissed off at the fact that I was even there. He said a covid antibody test wasn’t going to tell us anything. I tried to explain to him that I hadn’t been exposed, but he cut me off saying it didn’t matter. I NEVER got the chance to express my concerns about the vaccine or to ask any questions. After his “visit” with me I over heard him in the hallway fussing with the nurse saying he didn’t understand why I was getting an antibody test. As I said before, it was per my employers request. No matter your stance on the vaccine, the way I was treated today was completely uncalled for. I AM NOT ANTIVAX!! I believe you should research anything you put into your body. That is my plan. At the end of the day I was doing what my employer had asked me to do. Dr. Odell’s bedside manner SUCKS and I’m tired of the covid vaccine bullies.

Staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The wait time was long because they're the only facility around offering same day testing. I would definitely recommend them.

We always get our daughter's sports physicals done at NextCare. It's easy and affordable and the staff is always great

Arrived at 730am, registered at 8, showed i was 2nd in line but 4 others were seen before me. Then told I would get test results in 20 minutes. 4 vehicles left. Finally 1 hour after taking test, was told I was positive. Would prefer to be seen and results given in order.

This staff here is amazing. Christina was super nice and very helpful during check in the back office staff was very nice. Brittany did a wonderful job . she was very sweet and caring. Nextcare of Gastonia is a great place for your urgent care needs !!!!!

This is my 3 visit to Nextcare and every time I come the staff is quick and friendly. I’ve been to other urgent cares but Nextcare is the best.

My wife and I was tested for Covid. The staff and Brittany Clemmoms,PA was perfect. They was extremely nice, expedient, and explained every thing as the process went along. This is the best we have ever been treated at an Urgent Care, Primary Care, or any health care facility. Everyone is to be commended. We hope we don’t need their services again but if we do we will not hesitate.
