American Family Care (AFC Urgent Care) Locations in California

Had a pain in upper left thigh and went to  Urgent Care facility in Granada Hills, CA Was examined by Dr. Stanley Azen, MD who was very attentive and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue, provided care instructions and prescribed short term medication. The medical care provided was very good, professional and a pleasurable experience.

I had a walk in , very efficient!! No problem they just took information and time waiting was fast too .

Staff is great super helpful and friendly.. Cleanliness is great Just the wait is a little long.. it's worth the wait..

I came in today for an allergic reaction. The office staff were super attentive and ensured the check in process would be completed before they called me in. I would recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area!

It takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get in. But worth the wait ! They are busy but once you are in to see the doctor they are kind, patient and thorough.  Communication is very good . I can’t get into my primary care for 2-3 weeks. So this is very good

Got a text that I was ready to be seen so I came to the clinic but then waited an hour to be seen. They refused to do most accurate testing (vaginal swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia testing in women… they said urine was the only option which is not standard of care for women and has many false negatives). No clinic has ever refused to do GC/CM swab for testing. Just so odd to me. They seemed agitated that I even asked. I’m an ER PA with 10 years experience who tests others for STIs all the time, so why would they not practice evidence-based medicine at AFC?

Only issue is my covid test is delaying but everyone else was helpful

Dr was great, as was the staff.  Just seemed like a long wait for one person in front of me.  Otherwise was happy and would go again.

I been having pain, since last week. I called the clinic to make an walk in appointment for the same day. They answered the phone quickly. They made me an appointment for the same day. The representative who made the appointment was very polite and thoughtful and considerate respectful. Once I got to the clinic. I didn't even have to wait a long time to be seen. The nurse who took my vital signs. Was very kind to me. The doctor didn't take long to come and see me, after the nurse took my vital signs. The doctor that I seen, was very respectful and explained my diagnosis and prescribed me medications a that will cure me and help ease the pain. For what she diagnosed me with. I would recommend this urgent care facility. It's an awesome clinic from scheduling, check-in, staff, and care!!!

Scheduling for  next day appointment was easy. The Medical Practice is nearby a highway and  easy to find.  Check in was friendly  & quick. The Medical  Assistant spent  time asking me questions & the Practioner Suni(spelling may be wrong?) spent a considerable amount of time answering all my questions & concerns.  He had excellent bedside manners. Gave me a diagnose & medicine to get rid of my illness ! Waiting room is a good size , clean, bright & with a good amount of chairs. . This place will be mine & my family Urgent Care Facility for needed same day appointment! Highly Recommend !
