Went for covid testing with symptoms so qualified for walk-in appointment; given current outbreak the wait time was very reasonable. Staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. Check in process could be streamlined; once checked in waiting in car in parking lot is comfortable with effective sms notification when ready.

I didn't rate wait time because there was a very long wait time due to tons of people showing up to get COVID testing. I was one of the last ones seen and had waited a long time but the staff was very organized and pleasant even though it had been a very long, busy day for them.

Making an appointment with AFC Urgent Care was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. They even went the extra mile and speak to my insurance company to make sure I was covered for services. At my appointment time they were ready to meet my needs. The waiting area was extremely clean. I walked in which I expected. I was checked in and waited on my car until called. I went in & went into a room very quickly. The nurse talked with me & gave me a Covid test. I waited about 15 minutes for the results which a PA gave me. The test was negative and he checked me and told me what to do for my symptoms & what to do if anything changed. Great experience!

My nurse from the start, and Dr. Emily Wheeler were both outstanding! Emily was thorough, efficient, pleasant, like an old friend I just met. Felt like I was being observed. assessed, and listened to by a personable seasoned pro, and the treatment she prescribed has helped my issues very much. Also great to get negative tests back within 15 minutes, on the spot for Strep and Covid. So glad this urgent care is in my neighborhood! Was in and out in less than hour! Remarkable and impressive. Highly recommend.

Went because my husband who is a 2x heart transplant receiver was showing signs of Covid after 3 boosters. From check-in to the nurse, the Dr. and check-out it was a wonderful experience! All staff were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing! Nurse was hilarious and Dr. was humorous as well! We got the best care in the best way!! We will definitely be back next time someone is sick!

Was very easy to make a COVID testing appt online. They texted when they were ready for us to come inside because I didn't want to wait inside with my young daughter. Once we were taken back, we only waited a few minutes before the tech came in and swabbed my daughter. We got results very quickly and left.

I hadn’t been feeling well for the past week so I decided to stop in here to get checked out. Check in was very easy and once my info was submitted I didn’t wait long at all to be called back. The staff did seem slightly rushed, but overall I was seen in a timely manner and they gave me test results right away, then sent prescriptions that were filled immediately. Got to see a nurse and a physician. Would recommend.

As the day progressed, my daughter’s cough worsened. As soon as her teacher notified me, I was able to schedule an appointment for a time that fit our schedule. From the moment we opened the door, we were greeted with a smile by every staff member we encountered. Our wait time was less than 3 minutes. The care and attention we received was top tier, not to mention it’s the cleanest facility we’ve ever visited. We appreciate the hospitality and wonderful care received during our visit.

This is the third time visiting this AFC location for a DOT physical, every time as a walk-in, no appoinment. The wait time was very short, and after filling out all the DOT required paperwork I was quickly called back for the exam. Then entire staff from check-in, nurses, and the PA were professional and polite, always making my visits here pleasant. I plan to return here for all future exams, and any urgent care needs that may arise.

I have been to this particular urgent care several times and I always have a wonderful experience from the person that you meet when you walk in the door to the support staff and doctor. This was the first time I ever had a negative experience and it was only due to the behavior of the person welcoming the patients in. She was Kurt and abrasive, and when I was already feeling poorly she made me feel worse with her attitude. I’m very glad this was not the first time I’ve ever entered your facility otherwise, I would not be returning

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

I called this morning and got app. Today at 12:33 but had to wait for and hour and a half. The nurse was great and the pa was great very caring I have had this coughing for 41/2 weeks my regular dr. Seem to think it was just a cold. Y’all took a X-ray said it looked like bronchitis and sinus infection antibiotics infection thank goodness for urgent care will pick up meds when ready.
