Scheduling and checking in is very convenient and easy menu to navigate. You can schedule your visit at anytime of the day, how ever appointment is subject to office hours. Overall the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Always a pleasure coming to AFC on Wendell falls. Staff is very friendly, wait times are minimal. Had an appointment at 4:30 was home by 5, can’t beat that! Would recommend!

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The only issue I had was that I ended up needing to go to the hospital as my condition was more serious then initially determined by urgent care. I would have appreciated referral instead of waiting for the pain to worsen.

I have fast service. Only one person ahead of me. Don’t have to three days to see my regular doctor. Thank you for your friendly service. I would recommend ya in the future to anyone who needs a doctor right away .

Broke my finger last night. By 8:30 this morning it was all fixed and I was on my way. Great care. Great capable staff.

From reception to the whole staff was amazing. The nurse was great. The PA was so polite and informative she was EXCELLENT. I would love to see her on a regular. So glad I came here.

I was the first one there that morning and I Just went in to get a drug screening done. They prioritized my visit even though I difficulty giving a sample.

I walked in as new patient with no real wait time except for the initial paperwork.  Everyone was Awesome

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

Had an issue with my right ear causing my balance to be off a little …Was thinking it had a lot to do with my sinus trouble that I have and maybe causing fluid build up in my ears After examination and tests they discovered I had wax build up in both ears and also tested positive for the RSV virus Cleaned out both ears was put on steriod meds for the virus ( which I don’t feel bad from) This place has got it going on and would recommend it to anyone Very friendly staff from one end of the building to the other All the Dr’s I have seen in here so far have been outstanding.!!  This will ALWAYS be my go to place for any health issues.!!

This urgent care was neat, clean, and friendly.  I had a bare minimum wait time.  The staff was very kind when checking me in.  The nurse and doctor were attentive and helpful.  I would recommend going here.
