Everyone was very nice. To the lady doing the swabs outside. Thank you for being so nice and understanding and going the extra mile to make sure I didn’t need any additional tests. To the lady that took my call, thanks for being so nice and helping me get connected to the doctor. I know this is a busy time for all of us. Your office is going beyond the limits of caring for your patients and it shows. Thank you Just two suggestions: need a light at the table so the nurse can see the documents better at night and perhaps listing a phone number on the door so we (the sick) can call when we arrive and not enter the waiting room. Just trying to be safe for others. Thank you all

I had a 1:00 appt for COVID-19 testing. When I checked in, they told me they were running 3 hours behind. They said they would text me when to returned. They texted me at 4:00 to say they were still running behind. I was finally texted at 5:00 to come to the lobby. Throughout, Kimberly was polite and professional. You have a gem there. I saw Lisa who was equally professional and competent. You really need to give those people more staffing.

I stated that I had been sick with flu symptoms for 2 weeks prior to having a change in symptoms and suspecting lung issues. I was not tested for the flu as I asked. Only Covid was checked. Everyone else in my home tested positive for Covid also. They are all much better. I’m still very uncomfortable. Please respond

Went for covid testing with symptoms so qualified for walk-in appointment; given current outbreak the wait time was very reasonable. Staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. Check in process could be streamlined; once checked in waiting in car in parking lot is comfortable with effective sms notification when ready.

I've came here several times for various things. Everything is typically good, staff, procedures. But this time the wait time was terrible. Over 2 hours for an urgent care at all 3 locations- Hixson, Chattanooga, Ooltewah. Granted this was December 26th. But no excuse for you all not to forecast better for staffing and more sickness during this time of year. I was miserable enough being sick and the wait made it worse.

I have been to this AFC location multiple times (for COVID and non-Covid issues) and have been pleased with my treatment every time! My latest visit was for a Covid test and I knew there would be a long wait. I was informed of my wait time when I arrived, was sent an wait-time update text during my wait and actually got in quicker than anticipated! I truly appreciate this clinic and their staff ( ESPECIALLY DAVID AND JANET)! Janet and David never rushed me while I discussed my symptoms/lack of symptoms, expressed my concerns and answered ALL of my questions during my visit! I can not imagine the stress that health care workers are going through right now (and all throughout the ongoing COVID pandemic), but greatly appreciate the professionalism, caring and friendliness shown by all the members of the Chapman Hwy AFC clinic staff! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!🥰

The was a super-convenient visit. All urgent-care facilities are swamped with Covid test requests, so I was not surprised that I had to schedule out two days. However, the staff is amazing and offer very personalized care with attention to my time and my needs. I fully recommend this facility and will definitely return in the future.

It was great. Very organized at a stressful Covid test time. The only thing that could have gone better is that the appointment time given wasn't close to when they finally called me in. But they were wonderful so I assume they were taking time with each patient to answer their many questions.
