I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.

Went without an appointment and was pleased with a very reasonable wait, especially for Thanksgiving weekend. Every staff member was friendly and respectful. JerDonna was a careful listener and was very understanding. She ordered 1 test and quickly made a treatment decision. I received strong meds for pain and clear instructions for them. I am still experiencing a good bit of pain, but will make it to Monday when I hope to get a referral to a urologist. If that fails I may be back……would use afc again and would recommend it to others.

I felt like the staff and Dr listened to me - the reason 4 stars the exam seemed stand offish - didn’t check ears or feel my neck - but Dr did go extra step and tested for 3 possibilities. Checking myself in through my phone and having to take and submit pictures of my license and insurance was a bit tedious. The wait was long but I was understanding of that, as it was a busy day. And Dr. Morgan is superb, I've used this clinic for many years just because of her. She is worth the wait. I felt heard and she well attended to my needs. The nursing staff and front desk were also extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others. But next visit I will try to plan better for a less busy day.

Was bitten by a cat on hand and had bad swelling and pain, the wonderful doctor(I'm so sorry I can't remember her name!!!! She was on duty 12/3 at 2pm!!!!) had really kind and friendly bedside manner, didn't make me feel ashamed for getting bit. She showed me what cleaning solution I should use, quickly diagnosed me with cellulitis, got me a tetanus shot stat, prescribed everything I needed very quickly. The nurse who administered my shot was quick, kind, and nooooo pain!!!! Wonderful! I was so happy and comfortable ! The only complaint is I was able to hear everything going on right next to me, as I was placed in an open space with drapes/dividers(?) and I could hear every detail about the poor guy who had stitches in his face. I feel like that's a violation of privacy and HIPPA? Nonetheless, not much you can do about that, and I appreciated all the care I got!
