Woke up in the morning feeling really bad. I thought I had a fever so I decided to go to Urgent Care. I had to wait a bit but they were so good to me! Thank you!

Today, I needed to get an appointment based on the fact that I was troubled by my COPD. Trouble breathing, coffing and inability to catch my breath. Prompt service, thorough check up and left with a list of needed prescriptions.

Everything worked beautifully. I signed up on a Saturday night and got an appointment for Sunday.inline paperwork easy to complete; checking  breeze. Med asst taking my vitals listened well and knew her stuff was seen by Sami, a nurse practitioner who listened well. Asked good questions and had a wonderful and a professional approach. She educated me, asked me if I had any more issues - never felt rushed. I hope as they get known and busier they can keep this same level of care

Went on for my DOT Physical and from the front desk to the Nurses and Nurse Practioner, nothing but professional! Highly recommended and will be going back. Thank you all for making me feel like I was the only one there.

We as a family all became sick while on vacation. My whole family was able to be seen within 2 hours. The doctor was very nice , down to earth and helpful!

I probably really needed to see an eye doctor but it was Saturday so I took my chances. I scheduled online which went smoothly. There were only a few people in there so I was surprised that my appointment ended up being maybe 20 minutes to a half an hour late. But as soon as I got back to I was taken care of immediately. I am happy with my service there.

Came in got checked in right away. They were very courteous and helpful for my DOT physical very thorough very professional. Everybody was real polite. I gave a 100% satisfaction thank you and it was a pleasure meeting The whole group God bless you and yours

Went for back pain and nurse looking at me didn't listen to me not did she take the time to truly answer my questions. I felt rushed. Will not go here again

I had a horrible cough all weekend. I was seen within 30 minutes given a breathing treatment and medication fantastic service.

Excellent care. . Very thorough. Listened to me. Knowledgeable. Check in was quick and easy. Wait time was unbelievable less than 15 minutes. I would recommend without a doubt.

Front desk is a nightmare. Doctor and assistant were so nice.

I’m always pleased with AFC West. They have the most polite staff and everyone is quick, efficient, and thorough.

My granddaughter was seen yesterday and we found out she had double pneumonia. We were given prescriptions for this and told it was recommended to go to the pediatric ER. I appreciate the doctors advise- the doctors at the ER did nothing but send us back over to pick up the prescriptions. We are here on vacation and had to uber back and forth and my grand daughter being so sick it was irritating. Just thought the doctor should know that the ER does nothing except roll their eyes and say carry on. I don't think another doctor even looked at her there. The urgent care was extremely helpful and everyone was very kind. I would recommend to anyone traveling in from out of town or otherwise.

They are very thorough. Great bedside manner. They're just better than everyone else.

I had been fighting a UTI for a week and finally made an appointment for treatment. Made the appointment online, filled out paper work, went to appointment received treatment and bomb, bang, bing, all done!
