American Family Care (AFC Urgent Care) Locations in Ohio

I made an online appt for my Mom. They had a same day appt time and there was only one person in the whole waiting room along with us. The facility is squeaky clean and very efficient. Professional staff did a great eval and quick testing. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I went to AFC. The staff was very nice and helpful. The facility was very clean too. The doctor spent a lot of time talking with me about my symptoms. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Staff was friendly enough, facility was clean, but the wait time was just a little inconvenient. While it wasn't long by normal standards for an urgent care, I made an appointment for a covid test and still waited 50 minutes passed my appointment time.

I thought when I called to ask about a covid test I was told you did not do rapid testing so I thought I was scheduling a PCR test . When I checked in noone asked which test I wanted and it turns out they did a rapid test . We left it at that as we did not want to spend more time in the waiting room with possible infected people .

I took my asymptomatic daughter in for a rapid covid test because she'd been exposed at school. We were there for a solid hour. The COVID testing process should be much simpler, especially if you've indicated you just need a test and if you are asymptomatic. Options should include waiting in your car to come in for testing instead of the waiting room which was full of sick people. And you should be able to leave immediately after the test to be called/emailed with the results or again wait in your car so you don't potentially expose yourself to COVID while waiting to be tested for covid.

I came for a Covid test and when I got here the doors were locked and I tried calling. No one was here and I couldn’t get anyone to answer so I didn’t get my test.

I tried everywhere to get a Covid Test as we were exposed to it. It was just so frustrating until I called here. Got right in. Had the test received the results in about 15 minutes and we were on our way home with the awesome news that our tests were negative. Thank you.

This was a very nice place to get tested. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I feel comfortable with the physician and results.

This was my first visit to AFC. I was exposed to COVID19 and needed a test. It was very easy and quick. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I had my results within 10 minutes of getting the test. Very good experience. Will definitely go to AFC Mentor again.

This was our first time using this facility and were very pleased with the service we received. It was extremely easy to make an appointment, paperwork, and testing. The staff was kind, friendly and efficient. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely be using this facility in the future if needed.

The urgent care center is very nice …everyone that worked there was great ! Wait time wasn’t very long .
