It was great. Very organized at a stressful Covid test time. The only thing that could have gone better is that the appointment time given wasn't close to when they finally called me in. But they were wonderful so I assume they were taking time with each patient to answer their many questions.

By far the best urgent care facility I have been to. As a walk in patient I expected a much longer waiting time. Practitioner Bailey diagnosed me and prescribed medication. Only one day later and I feel better. That being said, I downloaded the app and signed up with firm.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

Wait time was great. Bailey was so sweet, she took my vitals and swabbed for testing. Bailey is a fine example of who should be working in the field with sick people. Dr. Was also very nice and informative, took time to listen. Front desk staff were all very nice as well.

I had not been prescribed the antibiotics I needed in two visits to Summit and, as a result, was suffering through day six, repeat six! of a horrible upper respiratory tract infection that had me bedridden and getting worse. You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you! I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious. Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately. Staff weee extremely courteous and professional. I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork . I would definitely recommend this provider!
